PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE FOR MARATHON AUGERS

This equipment is much more sensitive to regular maintenance than conventional compactors. It is important that they be checked on a regular basis - the main concerns are keeping the bolts and gear chain tightened and the machine well lubricated. We suggest that Eagle Equipment performs a complete maintenance review, reviews all requirements as set forth in the operations manual so that this work can be performed in-house.

This equipment requires periodic lubrication to the gears and drive chain. This procedure takes a matter of minutes to perform; we will instruct your maintenance personnel, or perform the work for you. Equipment failure can result if these units are not maintained correctly, and lack of service will result in repairs that are not covered by the warranty.
